A local organization in need of a new logo to better represent who they are. The includes completely overhauling their old logo by redesigning an entirely different, more creative, and artistic representation that will illustrate their mission, values, and goals.
RRWIB's mission is serving the needs of local companies and employers, connecting qualified employees with local companies.
Research focused on conveying the organizational mission of RRWIB, to bridge cultural barriers and encourage economic development in order for local businesses to thrive.
Creating a logo that speaks to local growth while reflecting both change and professionalism all at once. An icon that embodies quality without wavering from integrity and consistency.
Designing a new icon, choosing the font style, and typeface placement have been carefully considered.
Instead of sticking to the previous design, it enforces a more professional eye for detail. This redesign gives more insight and visual representation to Rutland County.
The new design uses a dark typeface that matches well with the lighter shades of blue, green, and yellow accents of the icon, giving it a more appealing visual experience that everyone can enjoy.

Nexa Bold, a modern and stylish sans serif font with wide letterforms, compact size, and a bold appearance.
Body text
Nexa Lite, a modern sans serif font with geometric touches that are best suited for graphic design and for display use.
The sleek and clean vibe with a minimalistic approach speaks much about the brand's identity. It is sure to catch everyone's attention who enjoys the aesthetic style at first glance, giving an undeniable introduction into RRWIB.
A good design should have a nice balance between contrast and consistency. Keeping this in mind, choosing between dark backgrounds with lighter text vs. light backgrounds is always a tough choice.
After much deliberation, the ultimate choice was the background that can highlight the entire ecosystem of interaction while emphasizing the organization's mission statements and value propositions.
